LinkyFind' Child Safety Standards Policy

1. Purpose and Zero-Tolerance Commitment

LinkyFind' is committed to maintaining a safe platform and to preventing, detecting, and responding to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

LinkyFind' maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), exploitation, grooming, or sexualized content involving minors. Such conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate enforcement action.

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to:

  • All users of the LinkyFind' application and related services
  • All content shared, posted, uploaded, or transmitted through the Services
  • All communications occurring within the Services
  • All employees, contractors, and partners involved in operating the platform

    LinkyFind' is intended exclusively for users who are at least 18 years old.

  • Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the Services.
  • LinkyFind' does not knowingly collect, host, or allow content involving minors.
  • Accounts identified as belonging to minors may be suspended or permanently removed without notice.

    • 4. Prohibited Content and Conduct (CSAE)

    The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on LinkyFind':

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including images, videos, or text
  • Sexualized depictions of minors, whether real or simulated
  • Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors
  • Attempts to contact minors for sexual or exploitative purposes
  • Requests for, distribution of, or links to CSAE or CSAM content
  • Any conduct that facilitates or promotes the sexual exploitation of children

    • These prohibitions apply regardless of intent, context, or jurisdiction.

    5. Content Moderation, Detection, and Enforcement

    To identify and address violations of this policy, LinkyFind' uses a combination of:

  • Automated monitoring and detection tools
  • Human moderation and review
  • User reporting mechanisms

    • Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE-related activity, LinkyFind' will take appropriate and immediate action, which may include:

  • Removing the content
  • Suspending or terminating user accounts
  • Preserving relevant data as required by law
  • Reporting the matter to appropriate authorities

    • 6. In-App Reporting and User Feedback Mechanism

    LinkyFind' provides an in-app mechanism that allows users to:

  • Submit reports
  • Raise safety concerns
  • Flag content or behavior that may violate this policy

    • Reports submitted through the app are reviewed promptly and confidentially. Users may also contact us using the information provided below.

    7. Reporting to Authorities and Legal Compliance

    LinkyFind' complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations.

    Where required by law, including upon confirmation of CSAM, LinkyFind' will:

  • Report such material to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or
  • The appropriate regional or national authority, depending on jurisdiction

    • LinkyFind' cooperates fully with law enforcement and child protection organizations.

    8. Data Handling and Privacy

    Any data processed in connection with CSAE investigations is handled:

  • In accordance with applicable data protection laws
  • Consistently with our Privacy Policy
  • With strict confidentiality and security safeguards

    • 9. Enforcement Actions

    Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Immediate content removal
  • Temporary or permanent account suspension
  • Termination of access to the Services
  • Referral to law enforcement authorities

    • No warning or prior notice is required for CSAE-related violations.

    10. Child Safety Point of Contact

    LinkyFind' has designated a Child Safety Point of Contact to receive notifications from Google Play or other authorities regarding CSAE concerns and to take appropriate enforcement action.
